Problem with patcher

I installed everything right..is the patcher suposed to take forever? Its been stuck and says this:

Status: Repacking files... / From (file)
Progress: 832 of 843

And i have let is sit for like an hour...but if i try to start the it says its still patching. Please help!

It stops for everyone and they're working on it.

Please just start the client without patching, thankyou~
