Poison: A standard effect amongst Assassins, it reduces your hp (More if you have high HP) and your DEF by 25%(?). Rendered useless against high VIT chars as it won't last very long/immune. Also stops the natural regeneration of HP and SP.

Freeze:The current most useful status effect, especially against ghostring users. Also very hard to have resistance to unless your immune to it (Marc Card.) Marc IS a WoE standard. Turns you into Water Element 1. SG always freezes on the third hit unless your immune. The more MDEF you have, the shorter the time you are frozen
-50% DEF, +25% MDEF
-Side note, If you’re a hunter or a bard/dancer, use wind arrows to double the damage. For Wizards, LoV is good. Two wizards, one casting level one SG, and one casting level 10 LoV. Otherwise any wind weapon is good.

Stone Curse: The only prevention is to sacrifice your shield slot for medusa and in pvp that means ALOT more damage (Evil Druid also prevents this). It lowers your hp periodically and turns you to Earth Element 1, meaning fire attacks will double the damage! It gives-50% DEF +25% MDEF
-Side note, good sage combo is. First apply volcano, and double casting,then use firelock/web lock on a player, then cast stone curse on the poor player.Finally firebolt him level 10 =]. This should gives around 100k damage unless they have GTB or reduction cards.

Sleep: While most classes are getting some vit to prevent stun, they WILL have low INT unless its for their class( i.e, High Priests, High Wizards, Professor). It works a ton better than stun and not many people wear Insomiac headgears.( nightmare card)

Silence: Another useful status effect, it makes the victim unable to use any skills (A total disablity of wizards, sages and non-vit priests.) However like stun, a lot of people have vit for PvP/WoE so it’s hard to inflict it on them. Not to mention if multiple priests are trying to Lex Divina a target they might end up curing it.

For high-AGI chars, if you inflict this on a sniper they won't be able to hit you. Blind reduces your vison to a 8 cell radius.

Curse: It reduces the target's moving speed to almost nothing, as well as -25% of their Attack and Defense. Only 2 classes will commonly have a resistance to it
-Side note. Get a cursing weapon for those monks/champions. Easy reductioin equips to get is thara, raydric and poop hat they provide -60% reduction from efist/AS. Then in WoE , if you can ,switch to a cursing weapon and curse the champ. Their attack will be only 75%. Lets say an average monk does 60k AS/Efist, it would then become 42k AS/efist. Then you add in the reductions from your equips makign the AS become 16.8k. If you count the fact that during WoE, damage taken is reduced makes the AS/efist damage on you even less. If you get deviling (- 50% from nuetral, AS is always neutral , weapon element doesnt change the fact the skill is neutral.). With deviling, the damage will become a mere 4.2k. With poop,thara,deviling, and the person is not cursed, the damage would be 6k. Remeber that in WoE, damage is reduced, so it will be less than 6k :]

Hallucination: Causes your screen to become wavy and makes you see damage higher than your actually receiving(i.e says you did 1k damage, when it may have only did 300 damage). Turning off effects will stop the wavy screen.
To turn off effects, type in /effect
The "wavy" part is disabled.

External Bleeding: Bleeding takes %based damage to your health. The lower VIT you have, the longer it takes to wear off. Having high VIT supposedly prevents external bleeding. You lose a certain percentage of your ASPD. IT takes time for it to go away. You have a pinkish symbol of a guy with a bandaged head on the right hand side. ( Please help in giving me more info on this effect by posting, thanks)

Decrease AGI: Decrease agi is a horrible skill. This skill can be negated by Whitesmith's Cart Boost, but you dont get walking speed bonus. It -25% of you walking speed as well as part of your AGI. -10 AGI maxed, and lasts 130 seconds. Kill those doppel weilders !

Cure- Cures Blind and Silence. (If target has silence amonst other status effects, (ie. poison), Cure will heal ALL of them.

Hallucination: Causes your screen to become wavy and makes you see damage higher than your actually receiving(i.e says you did 1k damage, when it may have only did 300 damage). Turning off effects will stop the wavy screen.
To turn off effects, type in /effect
The "wavy" part is disabled.

External Bleeding: Bleeding takes %based damage to your health. The lower VIT you have, the longer it takes to wear off. Having high VIT supposedly prevents external bleeding. You lose a certain percentage of your ASPD. IT takes time for it to go away. You have a pinkish symbol of a guy with a bandaged head on the right hand side. ( Please help in giving me more info on this effect by posting, thanks)

Decrease AGI: Decrease agi is a horrible skill. This skill can be negated by Whitesmith's Cart Boost, but you dont get walking speed bonus. It -25% of you walking speed as well as part of your AGI. -10 AGI maxed, and lasts 130 seconds. Kill those doppel weilders !
How to Inflict:
-Decrease AGI (Acolyte classes)
-Thanatos Maero Card(5% chance lvl 3 D.A. when attacking)
-Slow Grace(Dancer/Gypsy )
Prevention:
-Hit the cast-er before the cast is finished?
Cures:
-AGI up(Acolyte Classes)
-Cart Boost(Whitesmith)
-Authoritive Badge

Enchant Deadly Poison's deadly poison
-This poison can not be cured and will reduce your HP much quicker than normal.
Lex Aetherna
-Double damage next hit
Provoke
-If maxed ,raises your attack by 20%, but decreases your defense by 60%.
Skills That Cure You From Effects
Detoxify- Cures Poison.
Status Recovery- Cures Freeze, Stun, Stone Curse, Sleep
Lex Divina- Cures Silence
Cure- Cures Blind and Silence. (If target has silence amonst other status effects, (ie. poison), Cure will heal ALL of them.
